Biography

Andrea Monti PhD, Full professor in Agronomy and Crop Science. Research field: industrial non-food crops, mainly bioenergy & biorefinery. Head of the Research Group on Industrial Crops (university of Bologna). Presently, he is the general coordinator of the EU-H2020 project: Brazil – Europe Coollaboration on Advanced Lignocellulosic Biofuels (BECOOL, 2017-2021), and local project leader of 4 EU Projects (H2020). Gues editor of 3 special issues in reputed ISI journals. Editor of 4 international books on bioenergy & biorefinery crops. H-index=25.
