Biography
Andrés Moreno began their academic and research career in University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) getting PhD degree in Organic Chemistry in 1990. He carried out postdoctoral studies at University of Oxford and Univ. Paris-Sud. Assistant Professor in Organic Chemistry in 1995. Several stays as visitant professor at Univ. of Oxford, also short stays at “Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence of York” & Univ. of Rome I. In 2015, he obtain a Full Professor position by Spanish Educational Government. The main lines of his research are: Application of Microwave Radiation in organic synthesis. Use of Solid Supports and not pollutants oxidizers in reactions catalysed by acids, Chemistry of Food. Structural Identification of its components by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (multinuclear and qNMR), Synthesis and Characterization of Biofuel precursors from Agricultural Wastes.
